I am not affiliated with the DC government, or the Nationals, or any of the developers or creators of any of the projects listed on this site. Please don't ask me to contact you with information about home sales or rentals, or season tickets, or work opportunities.
Please do not ask if I would consider expanding this site's boundaries to cover Southwest, or Poplar Point, or Anacostia; you're not the first to ask, and I'm already sleep-deprived enough as it is, so the answer is already "no", unless you wish to pay me lots and lots of money.
Questions about the Near Southeast real estate market have about a 10% chance of being answered, subject to my capricious whims and depending on how good a case you make. Commercial real estate professionals looking to get free scoop that they can then turn around and get paid big bucks for spouting will probably be ignored--you can get plenty of free info already on JDLand. Two hints: if you're looking to open a retail business in Near Southeast, pretty much every new building has ground-floor retail space. Pick a street, pick a building, and then contact the developers for details. And if you're looking to buy land in Near Southeast (there ain't much of it left), contact a commercial real estate firm; I won't speculate for you on whether it's a good idea.
Please do not ask "is the neighborhood safe?"; my impression of safety is probably different from yours.
I appreciate your thinking of me and wanting to send me photos you've taken, but I only use my own photos on this site.
I can't help you get a job at the ballpark, or with the Nationals, or with any of the development companies in the area (see bullet point #1). You need to contact someone other than me.
If you're sending a What's The Deal With...? question, be advised that not all of them will get answered on the site.
