June 3, 2019 - The Harlow, completed, as seen from 2nd Street north of L.
April 23, 2004 - What the south side of L between 2nd and 3rd looked like before the beginnings of development of the Capper Carrollsburg housing project. This stretch of apartments was demolished in November 2004.
March 17, 2019 - Signage!
Nov. 3, 2019 - Bishops Cut and Color, the building's first retail tenant, arrived in the summer of 2019.
March 17, 2019 - The building's southern sides and eastern sides, across 3rd Street from the townhouses of Capitol Quarter. The building's footprint covers only the northern half of the block, so it is set back from M Street, as seen here, leaving space for the new DC Department of Transporation headquarters at 250 M Street. Which means that this view of the Harlow is tempoary.
Sept. 30, 2018 - "Just steps away from Canal Park!"
